From 2021 - 2024, Tim Hortons went from 50th most loved brand in Canada with a major reputation issue to the 1st most loved. The brand has done a full 180, with 11 quarters of consecutive growth, higher quality of day to day work across 40+ campaigns per year, and more creative work resulting in the first Cannes Lion win in the history of the brand, a grand Effie win, and Effie marketer of the year.
